Comentario del broker
Her we have a very tidy and original gelcoat Birchwood 22 cabin cruiser. This particular boat is well presented needing only two cushions making for the bow area.
The boat has a well running Volvo Penta AQ131C engine on VP out drive that all appears to work as it should including the leg lift system, and has recently been fully serviced and runs well.
The cockpit is spacious for the boat's size with a nice full-width rear bench seat, and fold down helm seat. The instruments all work as they should and include a GPS speedo.
There has been shore-power fitted and electric heater. She has a galley to starboard with gas cooker oven and grill and a microwave in the under-sink cupboard and good storage. Her pump out toilet compartment is clean and tidy. The saloon is a small "L" shape with a forward twin berth in the bow that needs new cushions making.
Solar panels keep the batteries charged and a remote spotlight is a nice safety touch. Her boat safety certificate runs to October 2027.
