Comentario del broker
Here we have a very nice example of the highly respected and spacious Broom 32 river cruiser. This is not an Aquafibre hull fitted out by other yards but a Genuine Broom 32 Hull number 129.
The boat has been owned for the last 4 years by her current owner who has barely used her. Before that the previous owner of some 18 years was a very attentive and knowledgeable owner who had looked after the boat fastidiously and kept her in the high original standard that she was originally built to.
She has a current Boat Safety Certificate to 2028 She has been serviced just a few months back. This is a very spacious boat for the 32 foot length and is powered by a single Perkins 4108 diesel.
The boat appears to be in a very tidy and well looked after condition and offers two separate cabins one at either end of the boat. The aft cabin has a good sized double bed with en-suite heads with pump out toilet, shower and vanity basin. The large forward heads also has a full pump out toilet, vanity basin and full shower. Each heads has its own separate holding tank.
The galley to starboard is thoughtfully laid out and benefits from a full size Thetford cooker, ample work space and large mains and 12v fridge.
The list of improvements is quite staggering and fully itemised and outlines just how well maintained the whole boat has been as it covers every aspect of this special Broom 32.
The regime of maintenance the boat has been treated to by its owners is equally as breathtaking, easily ensuring this must be one of the best looked after examples of her type currently available.
She has been lifted for the winter each and every year by the previous owner and fully serviced and antifouled annually. In addition to the Webaso warm air heating she is fitted with a quite unique hot water system in that she also has a fully separate additional Eberspacher diesel fired hot water system to create a full tank of hot water in about 20 minutes when without shore power. This useful feature also means that you do not need to run the engine at a peaceful mooring to have hot water to hand whenever you want it.
The boat has new batteries fitted recently and a brand new canopy that was fitted this month after the worst of the winter.
The boat really must be seen to be fully appreciated as she is a stand out vessel of her class and will not disappoint.
Her mooring may be available by separate discussion with the marina.
