Hull maintenance was carried out in December 2024, with HEMPEL epoxy paint.
The topside painting was also done in December 2024.
A hull survey plan was completed in December 2024.

Two swing doors provide access to the saloon. At the front there is the interior helm station and at the rear a lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa and a TV corner.
At the aft lower level the kitchen includes a four-burner stovetop, a grill oven, a coffee corner, and a large refrigerator with a freezer running on 220V.
There are numerous storage compartments.
The cabin area is located below the helm station at the front and features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with an open dressing area. To port, there is a large shower, opposite an electric toilet and a sink.
Finally, at the very front, there is a cabin with two single berths (90 x 200 cm).
Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of approximately 150 liters. The radiators are powered by a GEMINOX boiler.

Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this 18.80m boat for sale in the south of Île-de-France.
The boat was hauled out in December 2024 for a hull survey and antifouling was redone at that time with Hempel epoxy paint. The topside paint is also recent, and the interior was refreshed in 2024.
Ideal for onboard living for a couple, as well as for beautiful cruises on rivers and canals. With the biminis lowered, the air draft is approximately 2.80m.
The current owner has a COT (long-term mooring agreement), which can be transferred to the new buyer upon request to VNF.
The boat is moored in a highly touristic location in Île-de-France and is currently used as a guest accommodation, less than an hour from Paris.
